Ashley Gipson Founder & Master Stylist Luxury Healthy Haircare | Textured Hair Specialist | Salon Mentor | Faith-Driven Entrepreneur Ashley Gipson is a licensed cosmetologist, educator, and salon owner with a calling—not just a career—in the beauty industry. In 2014, she launched her very first salon, Sweetest Little Salon, with a vision to create a safe, nurturing space for women to experience professional haircare rooted in love, integrity, and excellence. Her journey of obedience and purpose continued in 2016 with the expansion to Sweetest Little Salon & Suites, a multi-stylist location that grew into what is now known as SLS & Co. Suites—a vibrant salon community designed to empower beauty professionals and support their growth. Now, over a decade later, Ashley is launching her third salon concept—a private luxury studio experience that blends elevated one-on-one service, premium healthy haircare, and spiritual intention. This studio reflects not only her refined artistry but her commitment to mentorship, leadership, and creating spaces where both stylists and guests feel seen, covered, and cared for. Ashley’s work is deeply rooted in her faith, and she credits every milestone to God’s grace and mercy. Whether she’s behind the chair or guiding the next generation of stylists, her mission remains the same: to serve with purpose, walk in obedience, and glorify God through every part of the journey.

Hello ! I’m Laila, a 19-year-old licensed cosmetologist with a passion for healthy hair and helping others feel confident and beautiful. Growing up in a family salon environment sparked my love for the beauty industry at a young age, and since my freshman year, I’ve been building my experience behind the chair. I specialize in color, highlights, blowouts, and healthy hair care, with certifications in color and highlighting techniques. My goal is to create a welcoming experience where every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and loving their hair
